NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 18th day of July, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-003592-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-6 is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY EDNA ERVIN-WALER A/K/A KIMBERLY EDNA ERVIN A/K/A KIMBERLY E. WALKER A/K/A KIMBERLY WALKER; MICHAEL ALEXANDER WALKER A/K/A MICHAEL A. WALKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIMBERLY EDNA ERVIN-WALER A/K/A KIMBERLY EDNA ERVIN A/K/A KIMBERLY E. WALKER A/K/A KIMBERLY WALKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL ALEXANDER WALKER A/K/A MICHAEL A. WALKER; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SPRINGLEAF FINANCIAL SERVICES OF AMERICA, INC., F/K/A AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCIAL SERVICES OF AMERICA, INC.; MICHAEL B. STEEVES, P..A; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; BRIARWICK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIDGEMOOR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1, IF LIVING, AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2, IF LIVING, AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are defendants.
