NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 3, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-001869 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA10 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA10, is the Plaintiff and David W. Plummer, Rebecca A. Plummer, Pinellas County, Florida, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of September, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 48, LAKE SHORE ESTATES THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
