NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 9, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-009505-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF AMERICA GARCIA A/K/A HILDA AMERICA GARCIA, DECEASED; JOANN CAPO; RICHARD GARCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD GARCIA; MICHAEL GARCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL GARCIA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT:WWW.MYORANGECLERK. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 12th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 95, CHELSEA PARC EAST PHASE 1-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 12 AND 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
