NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2018, and entered in Case No. 08-2018-CA-000332 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and David M. Springer, Villas of Burnt Store Isles I, Inc., are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 8 day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 84, BUILDING 42, VILLAS OF BURNT STORE ISLES I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR VILLAS OF BURNT STORE ISLES I, A CONDOMINIUM, FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2554, PAGE 1214, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2630, PAGE 1049, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 3743 ALBACETE CIRCLE, UNIT 84, BUILDING 42, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950
