NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2018, and entered in Case No. 41 2017CA001874AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MICHAEL WIMETTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL WIMETTE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SHEFFIELD GLENN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. ANGELINA (ANGEL) COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, OF SHEFFIELD GLENN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S) 190 THROUGH 196, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
