RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 26, 2018 and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA003309AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and FRANK P. WADE A/K/A FRANK WADE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
That part of Lots 7 through 10, Block M, RICHARDS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 310, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the NW corner of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 33 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence N 89 degrees 51 minutes 46 seconds E, along the North line of said SW 1/4, a distance of 33 feet; thence S 00 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds E, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point on the North line of Block D of said RICHARDS SUBDIVISION, and the Easterly maintained right-of-way line of Ellenton Gillette Road; thence continue S 00 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds E, along said Easterly right-of-way line, a distance of 1390.72 feet to the South line of a platted Road, also being the North line of Block L of said RICHARDS SUBDIVISION; thence continue S 00 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds E, along said line of Ellenton Gillette Road a distance of 353.68 feet; thence N 89 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds E, along the Easterly line of Ellenton Gillette Road as shown on the Florida Department of Transportation right-of-way maps, a distance of 7.00 feet; thence S 00 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds E, along said line a distance of 60.00 feet; thence N 89 degrees 52 minutes 56 seconds E, along said line a distance of 136.00 feet; thence S 00 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds E, along said line a distance of 700.44 feet; thence N 89 degrees 59 minutes 34 seconds E, a distance of 227.65 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue N 89 degrees 59 minutes 34 seconds E, a distance of 243.39 feet to the West line of a platted road; thence S 00 degrees 05 minutes 57 seconds E, along said line a distance of 221.56 feet to the North maintained right-of-way line of Cecil Burnett Road; thence S 89 degrees 59 minutes 34 seconds W, along said line and 25 feet Northerly of the South line of said Section 20, a distance of 243.52 feet; thence N 00 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds W, a distance of 221.56 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
