NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2018 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on September 6, 2018, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 74, Country Club Addition to Whitfield Estates, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 82, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida less and except that portion conveyed in Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records Book 616, Page 632, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
