Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit No. 406, Building 4, GARDEN WALK, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2018, Page 7118, and Condominium Plat Book 33, Page 107, both of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
At the public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 2, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
