NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2018, entered in Case No. 2018CA000420AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Michael Cormac McConnaghy; Michael Cormac McConnaghy, as Co-Trustee of the McConnaghy-Canada Revocable Trust Agreement dated October 18, 2012; Nicole Marie Canada; Nicole Marie Canada, as Co-Trustee of the McConnaghy-Canada Revocable Trust Agreement dated October 18, 2012; Unknown Beneficiaries of the McConnaghy-Canada Revocable Trust Agreement dated October 18, 2012; Greenfield Plantation Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Iberiabank are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, BLOCK H, OF GREENFIELD PLANTATION PHASE I SUBDIVISION, OLD GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 166, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
