Dawson, Sr., Unknown Party #1 NKA KELSEY DANZY, Poinciana Village Master Association, Inc., Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc., Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC, Poinciana Village Seven Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 30th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
