NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-000171, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES, SERIES 2015-3 is Plaintiff and WAYNE HILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WAYNE HILL; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAWRENCE D. KARABIN; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, OF ROLLING HILLS SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, AT PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
