NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA000485000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Ronald B. Steinmetz, Trustee under the Ronald B. Steinmetz and Patricia A. Steinmetz Revocable Living Trust, a Declaration of Trust Dated 31st Day of August 2007; Patricia A. Steinmetz, Trustee under the Ronald B. Steinmetz and Patricia A. Steinmetz Revocable Living Trust, a Declaration of Trust Dated 31st Day of August 2007; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Ronald B. Steinmetz and Patricia A. Steinmetz Revocable Living Trust, A Declaration of Trust Dated 31st Day Of August 2007; Ronald B. Steinmetz; Patricia A. Steinmetz are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK E, COLLEGE HEIGHTS, UNIT #2, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
