NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 12, 2018, and entered in 11-2017-CA-000765 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-18, is the Plaintiff. DELORES K. KATULSKI, et al, are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 6, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
