NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003125 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MANA 2007-AF1 TRUST, Plaintiff and CATHERINE A. BACKOS et al., are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on September 6, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 57 QUAIL WEST, UNIT ONE, REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 84 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
