NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2018 and entered in CASE NO. 11-2017-CC-001764-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein MAPLE RIDGE AT AVE MARIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and GREEN PHIRI AND TELLIA PHIRI, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Collier Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6 day of Septmeber 2018, the following real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
