NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 02, 2018, and entered in 2018CA000663CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JESSY M. CLAUDIO, DECEASED; ANDREA F OSORIO; WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NO IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLEY AS TRUSTEE UNDER GREENWICH INVESTORS XXXVI PASS-THROUGH TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 14, 2011; DISCOVER BANK; BOSCO CREDIT II TRUST SERIES 2010-1; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on September 11, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
