NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2018, entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001518 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and Jackie D Forbes; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Sarasota County; South Venice Civic Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 5th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 2261, 2262, 2263, 2264, AND 2265, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 37,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
