LOT 6, BLOCK D, BAY ISLES UNIT NO. 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 5, 5A, 5B AND 5C OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC, Ryan Lawson, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 155, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before September 17, 2018 a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer (Sarasota/Lee/Manatee) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the complaint.
