Telecommunication Facility
T-Mobile South LLC (T-Mobile) proposes to construct a roof top installation at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive in Longboat Key, Sarasota County, Florida. Wireless telecommunications antennas will be placed on mounts situated on the roof of the building. The top of the parapet wall of the building is at approximately 138.25 feet above ground level (AGL). The center of the antennas will be at 143.25 feet AGL. Associated telecommunications cabinets will be installed on an equipment platform situated within a 12-foot by 16-foot lease area also on the roof. Additionally, a pipe chase for power and telco will be installed on the northern façade of the building. In accordance with regulations implementing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, T-Mobile hereby certifies solicits public comment concerning its proposal. In order for your comments to receive full and timely consideration they should be received at the address below within 30 days of the date of this notice:
