Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 8, 2018, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 31, Block 2, SOUTHWOOD, Section “D”, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 41, 41-A thru 41-B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash, conducted electronically online at
www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on August 30, 2018.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
