NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 13, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2018-CC-001055 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where PINE RIDGE AT FORT MYERS VILLAGE 1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LINDA PETERS; LORRIANE AFFINTO, a known heir; SANDRA KASBOHM., a known heir; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; and any other unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouse claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants, are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on September 7, 2018, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
