Notice is given that pursuant to an Order Reopening Case, Substituting Party Plaintiff, and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 30, 2018, in Case No. 2008-CA-024567 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which MC Jilderda Properties, LLC, is the Substitute Party Plaintiff for Flagstar Bank, F.S.B. and Scott Smith, Unknown Spouse of Scott Smith, USA Home Investment Corp., Unknown Tenant No. 1, and Unknown Tenant No. 2 are Defendants, the Lee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on August 30, 2018, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2010:
