NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 03, 2018 and entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-005822 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JUANA DELGADO, MARGARITA DELGADO AND VICTOR DELGAD, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 05, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
