NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-000060-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE1 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF EDITH HALL A/K/A EDITH INMAN HALL, DECEASED; TENESHIA HALL; NATHANIEL HALL, JR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, TROTTER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
