NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 02, 2018, and entered in 16-007516-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R11 is the Plaintiff and FEDERAL TRUST SERVICES, LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 235953, DATED JANUARY 13, 2013; ANNETTE SEVERANCE A/K/A ANNETTE ALT; ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
