NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 201, VICTORIA PLACE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 19335, Page 1335, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements. With the following street address: 200 Main Street, #201, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 13, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
