NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2017-CA-005352 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2006-7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-7, Plaintiff and Richard T. Bullock are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 6, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 129, AUTUMN RUN UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 31-33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
