NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-3907-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JOYCE K. WHITESELL is the Plaintiff, and SIDI MOHAMMED OUDJEDAOUI; BOUBEKEUR OUDJDAOUI; DIANE LEDSWORTH; PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; CASS PLUMBING, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., f/k/a FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A.; the Unknown Heirs of AUDREY LUSIGNAN, Deceased, and any and all UNKNOWN TENANT(S) in possession are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on September 21, 2018, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, HARRISON HILL SUBDIVISION, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 97, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
