NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 31st day of July, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-001493CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST is the Plaintiff and THUY DAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THUY DAM; CITY OF LARGO, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 13th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
