NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2018, and entered in 14-000490-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST VII NPL is the Plaintiff and JAMES AKINTONDE; TEQUENA HATCH A/K/A TEQUENA AKINTONDE; MILAN TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 3918, DATED DECEMBER 11, 2013 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
