NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2018, and entered in CASE NO: 2018-CA-002414-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-81, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-81, is the Plaintiff and MILTON W. BOWEN; NETTA MONCUR BOWEN; WILSON BETANCES; LAKEVILLE OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK NA F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NA;UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 30, BUCKINGHAM AT ALKEVILLE OAKS PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 141 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
