NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 14, 2018, in Case No. 2018-CA-003267-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WVMF FUNDING LLC, is the Plaintiff and BERNESTINE S JORDAN; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are the defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.orange.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of October 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
