NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August, 9 2018 in Case No.: Case No. 2017-CA 007271-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Guillermo Contreras, Jr., et al., are the Defendants. the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online via internet on the 9th day of October, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. or soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, OF THE OAKS OF SUMMIT LAKE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE(S) 65-66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
