YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title the following property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Unit No. 206 of Regency House of Port Charlotte, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 617, Page 118, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Roger H. Miller III, Esquire, Farr, Farr, Emerich, Hackett, Carr & Holmes, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 99 Nesbit Street, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, on or before September 19, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
