APARTMENT J-7, BUILDING “J”, OF THE SECOND BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 17, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 448, PAGE 40, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
