NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 3, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003688AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for Luminent Mortgage Trust 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and Antonio De Freitas, Camila De Freitas, Unknown Party #1 nka John Doe, Barrington Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., HSBC Mortgage Services Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18th day of September, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 75, BLOCK 7, BARRINGTON RIDGE, PHASE 1C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 67 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
