NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 09, 2018, and entered in 2017CA001610AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS AND LIENORS OF JOAN ETHEL HILL, DECEASED; WILLIE JAMES MCCANN A/K/A WILLIE JAMES MCMANN; FORTY THREE WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPITOL ONE BANK (U.S.A), N.A; JEFFREY HILL; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS OF MANATEE COUNTY are the Defendant(s).
