NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002740000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-1, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff and BRIAN J. SHOLAN; FRANCISCA T. SHOLAN A/K/A FRANCISCA SHOLAN A/K/A FRANCIS T.SHOLAN A/K/A FRANCIS SHOLAN A/K/A FRANCISCA TREVINO SHOLAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCISCA T. SHOLAN A/K/A FRANCISCA SHOLAN A/K/A FRANCIS T.SHOLAN A/K/A FRANCIS SHOLAN A/K/A FRANCISCA TREVINO SHOLAN; CITY OF LAKELAND, FLORIDA, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 4, HIGHLAND HILLS ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
