RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 9, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2012CA0031360000WH of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC5, is Plaintiff, and CHARLES COOPER A/K/A CHARLES E. COOPERS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 7, Lake Thomas Estates Unit Two, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 5, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
