NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2018, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 11, 2018 the following described property:
State of Florida Quota Alcoholic Beverage License #BEV 63-00458, 4COP for use in Polk County, Florida
If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to the funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
