NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA003039000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, is Plaintiff, and URLYN I. FARRINGTON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
