NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-001325 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Kim Casella, Michael J. Casella a/k/a Michael Casella, Victoria Park II Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 115, VICTORIA PARK WEST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
