NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2018, entered in Case No. 112017CA0014940001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HSI Asset Loan Obligation Trust 2007-AR1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR1 is the Plaintiff and Howard Isaacson a/k/a Howard L. Isaacson a/k/a H. L. Isaacson; Dijana Isaacson a/k/a D. Isaacson ; M&T Bank, Successor by Merger to Court Square Leasing Corporation; Pelican Bay Foundation, Inc. f/k/a Pelican Bay of Naples Foundation, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the September 13, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SITE 24, BLOCK A, PELICAN BAY, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 47 TO 52, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
