NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-002080 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF2, Plaintiff and MILOT JOSEPH, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 13 day of September , 2018, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
