NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2018, and entered in 11-2016-CA-000842 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-13, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13 is the Plaintiff and CURTIS RAMATHAL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION; ALLY FINANCIAL INC. F/K/A GMAC, INC.; QUAIL HOLLOW PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
