NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2018, and entered in 11-2017-CA-001853 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-7 is the Plaintiff and SANDRA J. PINE A/K/A SANDRA PINE; RICHARD J. SIMMONS A/K/A RICHARD SIMMONS ; STERLING OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AND CLUB, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 13, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
