NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 16, 2018, entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001420-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for SG Mortgage Securities Trust 2006-OPT2, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2 is the Plaintiff and Kathleen M. Rogan; Unknown Spouse of Kathleen M. Rogan; Ruth E. Walker are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on the 13th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 100 FEET OF LOT 9, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS MORNINGSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 26 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
