NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20,2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-001395 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF UPLAND MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and STEVEN H. JONES A/K/A STEVEN JONES; KRISTEN JONES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 EAST TAMIAMI TRAIL, LOBBY ON THE 3rd FLOOR , NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00 AM on the 13 day of September, 2018, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 1, OF TRAIL ACRES UNIT TWO, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person, or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
