YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 10, Block 10, 1st Addition to NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE ESTATES, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 29A thru 29S, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, Jason A. Lessinger, whose address is Icard, Merrrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A., 2033 Main Street, Suite 600, Sarasota, FL 34237, within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of Court in the above styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Second Amended Complaint.
