BYRNES; RAE-ELLEN BYRNES; CITIBANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; CAVALRY SPV I, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF HSBC BANK NEVADA, N. A. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
